Michaela Darby
Business Change Manager, Jaguar Land Rover


Michaela joined Jaguar Land Rover in 2012 after graduating from Coventry University, and has developed within Manufacturing in their Prototype Facility. As a key player in the department, she was responsible for all transformational projects, including the development of JLR’s new manufacturing facility and driving cultural change within the department of approx. 300 colleagues.
Michaela’s contribution to Jaguar Land Rover earned her a place on the business’s Emerging Leaders programme, and as a result has been part of Talent Development Programme at Cranfield University. Whilst also being recognised in the Autocar Top 100 Great British Women, as a rising star and The Manufacturer’s Top 100, acknowledging her work as a “young pioneer” and “Driver of Cultural Change”, since then Michaela is now working with HR, as a Business Change Manager responsible for company-wide transformational change programmes.
