Digital Manufacturing Week is the over-arching brand within, and under which sits a whole raft of inter-related and co-located events and activities. This can seem confusing so please see the detail below which we hope will help you navigate throughout the week.

What co-located events and activities are included in the show?

Keynotes: there are two types of keynote presentations throughout the week: 

  • Digital Manufacturing Week Keynotes – this is free to attend sessions that occur at 09.30 GMT (10.30 CET, 04.30 EST) & 17.30 GMT (18.30 CET, 12.30 EST) each day from Monday to Friday 
  • Manufacturing Leaders Summit Keynotes – these sessions are available exclusively to Access All Areas ticket holders and occur twice each day Monday to Thursday (inclusive) 

Smart Factory Expo sponsored by Deloitte – an amazing virtual exhibition featuring all the digital manufacturing solutions you will need to transform your business.

Solutions Arenas – this is our solution-focused content available to all attendees. There are four different themes each day allowing you to easily select the content that matches your priorities. Each agenda is repeated twice a day to enable you to plan and adjust your personal schedule to avoid missing out on some key insight.

Manufacturing Leaders’ Summit – this is where all our premium content will be delivered and you need to have an Access All Areas ticket to enjoy this curated event featuring insight, guidance, and advice from the very best speakers and subject matter experts.

Manufacturing Leaders’ Summit Discussion Rooms – these are the highly interactive deep-dive breakouts where delegates ask questions directly to the discussion leaders to get practical advice, guidance, and insight on specific topics.

SME Growth Summit – this is the name for Manufacturing Leaders’ Summit on Monday 9 November. The focus of the content on this day is practical advice for SME agility, performance, and scale.

Digital Manufacturing Networking Lounge – this is open to all and is just a great place to hang out and network just as you would at a face to face event. Here you will find our speakers, solution providers, selected academics, partners and lots of your peers. Through each day we will be hosting various moderated discussions and Q and A sessions as well as more free form chats and discussions. Check it out regularly you just don’t know what you might find or who you will bump into.

Made Smarter Emerging Technology Show – this event is available for one day only (Friday 13 Nov) and features quite an incredible line-up of truly ground-breaking cutting-edge companies right at the start of their development cycles. These are the must-see start-ups that could completely revolutionise your business. Spend some time here discovering what the future might look like and get insight into ways in which you can adapt and position yourself now to take full advantage of new materials, new techniques, new technology, and markets and opportunities. Your registration provides unfettered access to all parts of this event including some fantastic content and the actual Emerging Technology Show.

Innovate UK Net Zero Arena – open to all manufacturers a full day of inspirational case studies, expert advice and no-nonsense guidance focused on helping you adopt the most appropriate and commercially sensible strategies to drive down your carbon footprint and eliminate waste. Thursday 12 November in the Net Zero Arena with Smart Factory Expo.

How do I join the virtual show?

  1. You will be sent the link to log on before 09.00 GMT on Monday morning. It will be sent from this same email address (events@hennikgroup.com). You will need to log in with your same email address (the one this email is sent to!)
  2. Before you log in, please click here to check your systems compatibility ahead of accessing the virtual environment and make any adjustments
  3. For optimal viewing, we recommend you access the event using a computer device using either Google Chrome or Firefox browsers – please note Internet Explorer is not supported. Should you logon using a mobile device (tablet, phone etc.), please note that you may need to resize your screen manually for the correct view as these devices are not supported.

For staff representatives who are NOT builder account admins please reset your password. Please do ensure you have added noreply@6connexnotifications.eu to your safe senders list.

If you are a builder account admin and your email address is the same for both your builder account and the live environment login then we will need to change the email registered to your builder account for the control to a different email address. Please contact us at exhbitors@hennikgroup.com and provide us with an alternative email address so we can update your credentials.

Please note the show will remain open for the duration of the week and content will be accessed by global attendees who will have access to view your content during out of office hours. You will receive offline visitors’ information and all download data will also be included in your reporting dashboard.

How do I access a virtual booth?

From the lobby navigate to the Smart Factory Expo or Made Smarter Emerging Tech Show depending on where you are exhibiting and search for your company via the exhibitor list directory.

How can I reach out to attendees?

By clicking on the attendee list situated on the panel on the left-hand side of your screen, you can search attendees by name, company and interest, via the advanced search.

When are on-demand presentations available?

On demand presentations will remain available throughout the duration of the event and the weekend and available in the lobby ‘on demand’ screen, from 5pm on the day of your scheduled presentation.
